The existing cityscape in Petershause, Constance will be sensitively developed and densified without overwriting the typical local architecture. The Pointbuildings are stepping back, open the line buildings and also fitting in the scale of the surrounding. The setback of the point buildings creates defined entrance zones along the street, which help to create an address. In the courtyard, a calm and protected recreational area is created for the residents, which contributes to the promotion of the neighborhood.
