Thomas Steimle is the new vice chairman of the BDA BW
The Association of German Architects BDA, State Association of Baden-Württemberg, has elected a new state board at its general meeting on 16.10.2020 in Göppingen.
The new Vice Chairman is Thomas Steimle, Stuttgart, who has been a member of the BDA state board since 2014 and succeeds Michael Jöllenbeck, Walldorf.
Into the federation of German architects BDA are appointed free architects, who are characterised by above average vocational qualification.
950 members in 15 district groups in Baden-Württemberg are engaged professionally and voluntarily for the quality of planning and building in responsibility towards society.
Umweltbank Nuremberg
The winners of the architectural competition for the new headquarters of the UmweltBank have been determined. The sustainable office building in Nuremberg is to set trendsetting accents.
In the Europe-wide architectural competition, the jury has now awarded the prize winners. In addition to urban planning and architectural aspects, the sustainability of the designs played a decisive role.
