Reasonability and a powerful block as part of the new Schlossgarten district are the key elemnts of the project. The new facade concept gives the building an attractive face in all directions and establishes itself in a prominent location in the context of the existing urban fabric. Through the sensitive handling of the original elements from the 1960s, the reuse of the existing marble slabs in combination with an extremely precise facade design, the previous spirit of the existing building is to be transformed into a future-oriented building. In this way, not only the original façade is mantained - but the existing concepts of the building are also reinterpreted.
