The design forms a common axis that functions as an identity-creating address for the Kreishaus. The grain of the individual buildings is adapted to the cityscape and fits in with the surroundings. While the cubature and structure of the buildings present a homogeneous image, diversity is created through the variety of materials. Each building is given a characteristic material under which the construction method and the appearance of the façade are adapted. This creates a coherent district without monotony.
